2. Services & AI Audits

OptiMarkAI offers specialized conversion optimization and website redesign services. We provide a complimentary, initial AI-powered website analysis ("Free Audit" or "Free Analysis") to qualified business applicants.

• Eligibility: Requesting a free analysis requires you to submit valid contact information and an active website URL which you own or have authorization to analyze.
• Audit Refusal: We reserve the absolute right to reject requests for website analyses without explaining the reason, particularly if the target website contains illegal, adult, or malicious content, or if details provided are fraudulent.
• Delivery & Timeline: Paid website transformations are targeted for completion in 14 days, subject to terms specified in individual client contracts. Initial free audits are sent as scheduling permits and do not carry service-level agreements (SLAs).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, including its source code, databases, design components, CSS classes, copywriting, branding logos (the "OptiMarkAI Logo"), and graphical assets are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of North Macedonia and foreign jurisdictions. You are granted a limited license to access the site for your personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, distribute, republish, or scrape any content without our prior written consent.

4. User Conduct & Obligations

By using this website, you warrant and agree that:

In no event shall OptiMarkAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data) arising from your use of this website or reliance on information presented herein, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of our website and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in North Macedonia.
